- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
- Rinse the sprouts thoroughly and lightly steam or boil for 2–3 minutes to soften slightly.
- In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, and green chilies.
- Add the sprouts to the vegetables.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and toss gently.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve immediately for best freshness and crunch.
